Awash National Park, Logiya, Afdera, Erta- ale, Ahmedella/Dallol, Mekele- Kombolcha(10 Days and 9 Nights)

Day 1: Addis Ababa- Arrive Addis Ababa. City tour. Overnight hotel

Day 2: Addis Abeba to Awash National park- drive to Awash National Park. On the way, visit Debrezeit crater lakes. lunch in Awash then in the Afternoon. Game drive in the park including the Awash River falls. Overnight lodge.

Day 3: Awash Park to logia/Semera- In the Morning, more time in Awash with a drive to the northern part of the Park to visit the hot spring areas, then drive to Logia, lunch picnic on the way. Overnight camping.

Day 4: Logia to Afdera- After breakfast, drive to Afdera through an arid Afar region where the nomadic Afar people are living. Lunch on the way, then late in the after noon, walk around lake Afdera and see salt production areas by the side of the lake. Overnight camping.

Day 5: Afdiera to Erta ale- after breakfast in the camp, pick police men and road leader man then proceed to the small village of Dodom to pick up scouts who accompanied us to the active volcanic mountain of Erta -ale. Lunch in Dodom. In the afternoon, drive to the foot of the mountain then after a while rest for tea and snacks walk from 3-4 hours to reach on the crater caldera where you see and enjoy the active volcanoes. Overnight, photographing of the volcanic lake with short sleeping in shabby houses.

Day 6: Erta ale to Amedela- Early morning, before the sun rise start walking dawn to the camp, take quick breakfast then head to Amedla through a scattered villages of the Afar people. Lunch on the way. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Amedela and walk around the village to watch Camel caravan who cary back salt bars from the near bay lake Asale. Overnight camping.

Day 7: Amedela to Mekele- Enjoy an early morning breakfast and drive to lake Asale to see salt extrctctoin; Dallol, (the 3rd lowest point on the earth's surface with its Sulfuric lake) and more. Back to the campsite for lunch then proceed to Mekele. Overnight hotel.

Day 8: Mekele to Kombolcha- Drive form Mekele to Kombolcha. On the way visit the monastery of Hayek Istifanos. Overnight hotel

Day 9: Kombolcha to Addis Abeba- Drive form Kombolcha-Addis Abeba on the way visit Market day at Shewa Robit if the day is Saturday. Overnight hotel

Day 10: Departure End of the tour
